AccuSharp 001 Knife Sharpener

I haven't been able to find a decent knife-sharpening solution for ages.
I finally found a large whetstone at a cookery store, but they wanted $70 for it - more than the cost of a brand-new knife set!
This product works excellently - the knives come out razor-sharp after about 15-30 strokes, depending on how dull the knife was originally.

This knife sharpner is simply the best I 've ever used. It does the job in a few strokes. The best part is that it does not scratch the knife at all, like a sharpening stone would. I just wish it could have a higher quality look, and I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars more for it.

Yes, it's cheap. And, yes, it works. I was actually suprised how well it works! It may not last as long as I want, but for the price, it can't be beat.

I have a swiss army knife and I got it five or six years ago. During these five or six years, I've never sharpened it and started from two years ago I have been using it more like a dull saw. However, after sharpening the knife with this AccuSharp, it became as sharp as a new one!! I'm soooooooo happy now!!!! Highly recommended!!
