Chicago Metallic 26639 Nonstick Petite Broil & Roast Pan

This broil & roast pan is perfect for one....or for two. Our nest is empty and has been for quite awhile and broiling meat on the broiler pan just meant extra work for ME! I love this little pan...it's easy to clean, the perfect size and is well made. If you're looking for something to make your life in the kitchen a little easier...this pan is one thing you might like.

After just a handful of uses - just roasting; never even broiled with it - the 'non-stick' surface began to chip. Then, even the remaining coated surface began to cake. NOTHING has been able to clean these caked-on spots.

This nifty little pan is so easy to clean and just the right size for two people.

I bought the Chicago Metallic Nonstick Petite Broil & Roast Pan to replace the one that came with the toaster/convection oven I have (which I love). But the pan and rack it came with, within just a few uses, had a gooey, sticky greasy covering that wouldn't come off, no matter what I used or how long I soaked it.
I love Chicago Metallic. This pan and roaster is just the perfect size and no greasy build-up. Because the corners are so tight, there does get a little 'grease' in the corner, but it isn't much and I've figured out how to get it clean. Whenever I need to clean a small, tight space, I use a Q-tip and that's what I've done. Dip the Q-tip in a little dish soap, rub it in the corner, and it's gone!!!
I love Chicago Metallic so much I bought the three-piece cookie sheet/jelly roll pan set as well as the 9 x 13 Broil & Roast Pan for my oven. Can't wait to try it out.

Chicago Metallic is one of the best Non-stick kitchen products. I find it works best for reheating than initial heavy cooking. Great quality.
