Aroma AWK-115S Hot H20 X-Press 1-1/2-Liter Cordless Water Kettle

We ordered the Aroma AWK-115S Hot H20 X-Press 1½ Liter Cordless Water Kettle for our brand new kitchen remodel and am delighted with how quickly it boils water for our tea. It is very attractive and blends seamlessly with our other stainless appliances. We have had electric kettles before but none were as quick or attractive as the Aroma. We particularly like not having to drag the cord along when pouring.

After I forgot my whistle-less kettle on the stove until it boiled itself into a dry pile of rust, I decided to look for an electric kettle with an auto shut-off. The reviews on this one on this site and others were good overall, and the price was right, so I went for it. So far so good!

It heats the water quickly and is easy to use, and I like that it detaches from the base easily so I can take it anywhere without worrying about the cord. It also looks good on its own and next to my other stainless steel appliances.

I would definitely recommend it to everyone as an inexpensive, functional, efficient kettle.

I received this for a birthday gift and have really enjoyed it. The only problem is that I can't find anywhere that sells the "*Easy-to-clean spout filter". The screens broke and now I have no filter and no way to replace it.

I was very pleased with the Aroma AWK-1155 Electric Kettle. It delivers as promised. Item is well made, looks great out on counter in kitchen, and price was terrific. Priced comparable items in stores at $50 or more.

Boils water quickly with little fuss, even has a measuring cup on the side. Perfect for keeping on desk at work to make a cup of tea.
